How Secure Is Information About Me?
Living Trees protects the personal information it hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by various means including firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. Living Trees uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt information that you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. You should be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Living Trees will destroy or permanently de-identify personal information no longer needed for any authorised purpose.

Seeking Access To The Personal Information Living Trees Holds About You

If you make an access request, Living Trees will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. Living Treesmay charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
